This song was made as a happier sequel to my other song, "Pain" I meant to redo this one but never did. The only part that I like is the long beginning piano part, which is the part that symbolizes the reunion. I know that my voice is really whiny...I get that a lot. It's just my natural voice though...can't change anything about it. But that aside, I hope you all enjoy this one. Listen to its prequel if you can.

Lyrics are here:

Winter falls behind
And the breath of summer nears
What I thought I'd never find
Has somehow found me here
Taken by surprise
I gaze upon a familiar face
Teardrops glisten in your eyes
As your laughter fills this place

Is this real? Is it a dream?

When morning came
The sun shone through your eyes
In love's embrace
There is no pain
You're here at last

Forever here with me
The storms of life won't bring us down
The summer winds carry the songs of love
And pain subsides forevermore
A new day has dawned for us
We'll never be alone
For heaven's here
With us
At last

To start, your voice isnt too whiny. There is some natural whine, but its not in a bad way.
To begin, the musicality is very somber, which most people would think makes a song sad, but you puled it off. I suppose its a melancholy reunion though.
The lyrics are beautifully written, I'm not much for the written word in composing. I like the use of the word "pain" in it, being the prequel's title.
Amazing work as always,
Jzonanos L.

Jessismith responds:

Thanks Jzonanos. I really appreciate that. Just by reading your comment, it seems that you have a knack for writing though. ;) You're amazing too! Thank you!

It ain't irish, but boyo, it touches me, i enjoy your work, and if you sang this you gotta go pro, don't apologize for nuthin, you will do good in life, you are a winner, keep it up and be proud of yourself. It rocks.

Jessismith responds:

Yay! I love Irish stuff too! (ish part Irish)
Thank you! Thanks so much for this comment. It really helps...motivationally. :) You're awesome. :D

I'd have to agree with that Leech fellow. . .

about this one, being more sad than the sad prequel, Jessismith------>
You should really stop apologizing for your voice.
This is the second time I read your statement about being sorry for this and that. You, My Lady are a MAGNIFICENT musician. If someone doesn't care for your voice, they can just piss off. You have mad talent. I really like your harmonies. I shall have to send you an audio present "Sunny Days".
I loved how it turned from a classical piece with striking piano at the beginning and then turned into a soulful masterpiece, straight from the heart. You make me smile. Keep it up, please. Until you hear from, just another on of your crazed fans again. . .

............Take care, be good and reunite.period

Jessismith responds:

Hahaha, alright. xD I'll trust you. :) I made this 5 years ago so I've gotten a lot better since then. Aww. Thanks. I like how you said that. :) Thank you. A present? Really? :D Yeah....I figured that would be creative. I didn't have the piano originally but I figured it needed an intro. :) Dawwws. Thank you so much Gaia. Again....it means a lot to me. :) *huggles*

Awesome stuff.

This makes me sadder than the sad one. IRONY! Cool song, though I'm not one for pop generally.

Jessismith responds:

Lol. xD Thanks Leech. At least one of my songs made you sad. xD

Great voice

I've discovered one of your song and now I'listening all of them (and directly added to my favourites)
The music is great but the vocals are AWESOME, this is a dreaming song, make me almost cry!

Jessismith responds:

Yay! :D I'm glad to hear someone with good music tastes. xD Thanks buddy. I think you just made my day with all of your wonderful comments.
