...to be quite frank with you, I see myself as being at a bit of a pivotal moment for my music, a kind of make-or-break point. The view counts and sub counts are sinking across the board, what few faithful fans I have left are quickly becoming more critic than supporter, and I've gone broke for nothing on this job; I'm really questioning whether or not I've wasted my life pursuing this dream. And right now, this song, more than anything else, embodies the hope that I haven't. Who knows; maybe it's my swan song, maybe it isn't. Let's hope not. ...depressive laments aside, this was a really enjoyable track to make, very much inspired by Alan Walker's "The Spectre" (better than "Faded"; don't @ me), and I hope you enjoy listening!
