Maeve has always had a fascination with the supernatural and paranormal ever since she was a kid. As an adult as the appearance and personality for a laidback, extroverted, spunky, punk girl but is competent, thoughtful, and compassionate.

She was born in Boston and was raised Irish Catholic. Attended an all-girls school, always a rebel, but still maintain high grades. After Graduation Highschool, she got a full ride scholarship to a college of her choice. Left home, lived in the dorms, worked part time as a barista and alter as a bar tender.

After graduation college, with a degree in occultism/folklore and broadcasting. MJ. moved to LA and worked at a small radio station. Running her own late-night segment, called Midnight Mass from 11 pm to 6 am. Taking in calls from people who have witnessed or experienced strange phenomena. Would even investigate on her own and talk about her experiences or thoughts on a subject.

She had a small but dedicated following for her show, until the station was bought out by a larger company. They wanted her to change her programming to being in more listeners, but when she refused, they pulled her from the air.

She made an announcement that her show would continue as a paranormal podcast and many listeners followed her. Obtaining an even bigger following.

After a few months, she decided to take her show on the road. Selling almost everything she had and bought a converted minibus. Running the supernatural podcast on the road. Following leads from her listeners, while she drove cross county.

She tends to find herself in over her head, her excitement of witnessing and possibly documenting something supernatural or paranormal.

While she can’t see anything spectral or supernatural unless they make themselves seen. She has developed paranormal technologies that allow her to do so. Even developing a camera that lets her exercise malevolent spirits. Wraiths, poltergeist, and other apparitions. Anything spiritual and ethereal.

Along the way, she met a girl named Mini who had a similar fascination. More so with Aliens and the Paranormal. But they there was plenty of overlap. She found her to be interesting, unique, and adorable. Shortly after meeting her, she ended up joining her on her quest to find unnatural phenomena and other worldly creatures.

Factoids:

Wants to get a tattoo(s) but hates the sound of the tattoo gun. Reminds her too much of the dentist. Which she has a phobia of. As a result, she takes excellent care of her teeth and borderline OCD on general hygiene.

Favorite Foods: Irish, American, Dinners, Chinese, Mexican, “I’ll eat almost anything” Loves whiskey and hard ciders. Drinks too much caffeine. 

Hobbies: listening to music, watching horror films, handheld games, dancing, camping.

Loves dogs.

She has a dark sense of humor and likes to make puns to make people cringe.
