Wonderful
I enjoy the more stirring pieces, but this is good. I reviewed [Remember Us] and, I hope you take into account these words. This piece is wonderful, masterfully done. It seems to me to be the counter thesis of [Remember Us] and love it. Keep up the great work. As for a story, here we are.
A man stands atop a hill, a army behind him, as he gazes down at a small fortress, surrounded by a field of flowers. His army slowly moves to surround the small fort, encircling it with a wall of steel. The soldiers extend as far as the eye can see, the small fort has no chance.
The leader of the defenders, from the fort, stands on the wall, watching as the huge army circles his small fortress and defenders. He twists a small rose in his hand, rolling it in between his armored fingers. A hazy look is in his eyes as he turns his look to the rose. He releases his grip and lets the rose flutter down the wall, landing gently on the ground. He draws his sword, and holds it high, in grim defiance of his impending fate. His men cheer holding weapons high, they stare in the same defiance as their leader at the men who will be their doom. They are not afraid, they know their fate is sealed. But, they will not leave this world quietly.
This is what this song brings to me. Keep up the good work.
