awesome game!
awesome game!
thank you!
This is the type of puzzle game I get hooked up on once, but will never try again. That's not a bad thing because that happens to 99/100 puzzlegames. Nevertheless I think it's pretty clever and designing the physics for this would probably be a total butt. It does not really feel challenging as some levels are just trial and error and less problem solving. Some variety in type of levels or more hazards would make a nice addition. This is also a game that would be lovely with a level design, though not required.
Thanks for the review. hitBox isn't supposed to be ultra hard, later levels are still a bit challenging but not in a way that lets you rage quit. So I am quite happy with the level design ;)
This game was amazing in every way possible. nice music, smooth graphics and game-play, and excellent physics. Can you tell what the soundtrack is called?
Thanks so much. The music was made by Kauski, who also made the fantastic soundtracks for Johnny Upgrade, The I of It, Twizz'ed Firefarta, etc.
The randomly (dis/re)appearing nodes are extremely annoying - they feel like a bug.
Otherwise, this is a solid contribution to the physics puzzler genre.
Thanks. But no, they do Not do this randomly.
Discovered this 1st at reddit, played it several times, and I wasn't bored of replaying it now. Love the feel, the look, the smoothness of the movements.. all!
I bet there's more to be done, more tricks to be found (eg: you can take shortcuts with 1 double click on some levels) + I really wouldn't mind more! :D
Thank you very much. I'm happy you like hitBox!
