Having never played a cookie clicker game (and probably would have never heard of one if it weren't for the abundance of comments) I was thoroughly entertained by this game (perhaps I have a very addictive type personality).

I am actually still playing it and I'm writing this comment as a means to kill some time while I wait for some more HDRIVE upgrades.

You've definitely inspired me to check out Boss 101.

Awesome game and keep up the good work! My favorite part was the witty banter between the characters, even if I missed half of what they said.

I also think it's neat you take the time to respond to every comment; it shows a lot about you as a developer that you care enough about your game to follow up on it and respond to your reviews. Please keep up the great work.

DarkTimmy responds:

Hey thanks for that! Really nice of you to comment on the game and give it a good rating. Yeah, I have to say I appreciate the community here a LOT. This is hands down one of the best groups I have ever dealt with in all my years of development. I like that people are open about what they like and don't like. I'm here to make games people enjoy and feedback is awesome to me. As for Cosmic Clicks - thank you! You might be surprised to know it was made solely as a holdover to see if people might like a new game with Steve and Max (and even THEY weren't originally in the game haha). When I added them it seemed to get a LOT better and the comments from them made the game more bearable (HAHAHAH). I would love to do a sequel to this game! I am working on a Boss 101 sequel at the moment and it will be a (hopefully) giant upgrade from the last one. All the fun will be there and I'll be adding more weapons, more boss behaviors, more upgrades, etc. Also , the difficulty curve will be tuned too! Overall - I think it will be something people will really enjoy! Thanks again for writing and keep on keeping on! I'll be making games for you! Best, -Tim

I really liked it. Still have no idea what those two guys were talking about.

DarkTimmy responds:

HAHAHAH! Thank you for the review and the rating. I don't know what those guys are talking about most of the time either. They pretty well write themselves. Glad you enjoyed it and there might even be a sequel to Clicks. There is certainly going to be one for Boss 101! Thanks again and best! -Tim

It's good cookie clicker game but it can be longer (have more things to upgrade) or innovative (maybe beams can or not destroy some planets or pirates ships for uniqe coins or something). I saw too much cc games but this is better than most of them so 4 stars.

DarkTimmy responds:

Thanks so much and glad you liked it! I agree about the additions to make the game longer. It's funny you should specifically mention the beams hitting pirates since that was one of the original ideas. Only reason that didn't go in the first time around was I personally felt it would seem "too good" if you can believe it and imbalance the rest of the game. In other words having that addition made me want all sorts of other additions to balance out the coolness factor of beams hittings pirates. HAHAHA! In the end it did come down to time and the fact I wanted to get the game out versus endless possible additions. I think from the responses I'm seeing a sequel can be in the works and have a lot of the things people are asking for! Totally appreciate you taking a moment to write and review! I look forward to making more games and I hope you check them out! Best, -Tim
