I don't know why the guy below gave a 2.5 for not being able to find something in the game. That's the POINT of the game. God forbid that he actually remember where he's been without having to rely on a map. That's not realistic at all!!

Anyway I agree with everything else he said; the gameplay, the atmos, everything was super dope. Only I'm gonna give it the score it deserves, a 5. I'll be playin this one until I beat the dog shit out of it. You can try new genres if you want, but you're doing just fine with this one. DON'T DON'T DON'T sell out to lazy CoD players like the kid below and make the games easier.

simple and neat, very good, but the graphics set me back a little, a great idea limited by graphics or time.

I am just blown away at how good this game was!
the atmosphere an everything was perfect. I disagree with people below me. I think a lack of mini-map was intentional and required to create the creepy atmosphere. Not knowing where you are or what your doing is essential to convey the fear and terror of it all.

i think the lack of instruction was also intentional and neat. i felt really good once i figured out that the little blocks on the ONE place that was different than everything else (it stayed lit up without a beacon) was increasing with the number of lanterns i touched. Games that make you feel smart are the absolute best, instead of spoon feeding tasks to me. it was also cool to not know exactly how many lanterns there were. i thought i was done after the outer ring was lit, then i was confused until i found one more. it made me second guess every time i thought i had found them all. Would another ring show up around the outside? will i ever find all the lanterns and figure out what happens next? what if a wraith gets me, will i have to start over?

Utterly, totally, an awesome game.

Fun and creepy game!
It was very minimalist, yet had a lot of atmosphere and entertainment.
I agree with the guy below, I wish there was a mini map of sorts to held wade through the difficult to decipher (at times) terrain.
Anyway, I beat the game and got the Dawn medal, but what are the first and second medals???
I can't figure them out for the life of me!
