Reviews for "Out of Order 1"

10 Years lurking? So it's not too late for me after all... I mean.
"Aeronautical propulsion device"? "Excrement"? When I heard the BGM of the opening, I couldn't help thinking "Not another generic mafia/hitman theme!" and then chess came into the picture... I must say, it was a welcome surprise. For the moment, I'm confused as to who the maincharacter is; the narrator/bandanamask, or the greenhaired girl... but either way, I look forward to more.

There can be more than one protagonist. :)

Nice plot, creative setting, and pretty 50/50 music. It loses points, though, on the fact that it pretty much broke it's own rule in the first show " all conflicts are settled by chess". While adding a nice sense of stakes and better fight scenes it's the one thing that separates this from the average post-apocalyptic tale. Also the voice acting could be improved by a long shot but thats more of a minor complaint.

in a new posrt apocalyptic world, a little girl which is around 15-17 years old, met a big guy who can throw cars, and suddenly that girl just decide to trust the big guy with not enough reasoning. it would be a good idea to give it a little bit more more hesitation and resentment at first because gaining trust isnt easy in that setting.
make it more dramatic by putting more story behind how the little girl can Finally begin to trust the big guy first. just saying.

anyway, loving the art style and the voice acting. keep it up and i cant wait to see the next ep

nice animation, cool idea too bad the voice-over sucks.

Visually unexceptional, with some pretty weak sound design - it was sparse and low fidelity, with little texture or engagement. Voice acting was also very poor, both in terms of talent and recording quality. I did not find myself at all interested in the story - there was no hook, no characterization, no substance in what was happening.

I was not impressed.

That's ok.
