Interesting concept. I think it could have been longer, but the perspective changes were nice, rather than simply doing a wide shot.

Good - I knew the ninja was doomed
The ninja had a mask so you couldn't see his face, so he was doomed from the start as an unsympathetic character. The fact that he got in a few hits at the start cinched the deal.
