Reviews for "Super Zombie World Part 1"

not bad

but voice acting couldve been alot better , you did the animation well though. i like the idea of bowser working with mario , havent seen that since super mario rpg. the large amount of characters was smart because lots of people will die in a zombie movie. i think your putting in a bit too much to show how much the people have changed in the attack , they are not like theyre original selves at all at this point. too much is happening too fast , events that happened in this small amount of time are : zombies attack , survivor found , left tree house , boss fight with petey , death of a survivor , got on plane , and then a massive swarm comes together at the end in the sky. the sky is vast yet they all were jammed together. you never even said how it all got started , or how they found/made that hideout in the tree. itd be smart to mention such things in future episodes im not trying to be mean by saying all this , im trying to give you constructive criticism. now i see there is potential in this , it just needs some fine touches.

sincerely ,
Mutt

It is PART ONE. Give some time if you're going to critique the plot.

I have a script already made. I'm not changing it.

but thank you :)

a little disapointing

this was a really awesome idea, but i think the delivery needs some work. in a zombie apocolypse film, there's supposed to be an excessive amount of violence. you really didnt appeal to that; there was just 2 quick scenes of zombie attacks. the first one, ok, fine, its just the beginning, and its supposed to give you a taste of what's to come, but i was really disappointed with the giant piranha plant. that fight should have been longer.

it also seemed to drag between the fight scenes. i get that you're doing the whole planning and survival thing, but i was falling asleep. i almost closed the browser. might have something to do with mario's voice; he is very monotonous. i did like the segway into the next part, i hope you liven up the 2nd one.

MurderMysteryMan responds:

Okay. Thanks

Awesome.

Something that bowser actually didn't do? i'm shocked. The only thing out of place was the thwomps. How can a block of stone become a zombie? I would have enjoyed the humor if the comic relief character wasn't a sign with changing text. If everything he said was typed onto his face now that would have been funny and then having to backspace before he could talk again. XD But that is just me. Being a zombie movie everyone anticipated someone to die but it left me dissapointed. Toadette didn't get any time in other than being introduced and then her death was being flattened by apparently walking up to a zombie plant or did you not want to animate Petey running and collasping on her? Well I'm done and anticipate the next one.

MurderMysteryMan responds:

How can a block of stone fly? Seriously guys, Thwomps are ALIVE, and thus susceptible to being a zombie. If there wasn't such thing as Zombie Thwomps, then the Mario World would just bring rise to a Thwomp civilization. FUN movie.

Bill Board is awesome.

Toadette died. And you'll have to wait until the other parts to watch other people die..... I didn't WANT to split it into parts.... Petey collapsed on her. I made it how I did to be dramatic.

Ehhhh

At least this has potential, but other than that it wasn't very good in my opinon. It's a good idea but the voice acting quite frankly blew! It was hard to listen to them talk for so long. THEY sounded like zombies reading from a script lol But this does have potential if you keep working on it. Again, I like the idea it...perhaps a flashback to when or how it all came about that there were zombies?

MurderMysteryMan responds:

again... not editing the script, but thanks :)

Nice, but needs lotsa work.

I like the movie and where the plot goes to, but the voice acting needs plenty of work. Also, some of the scenes don't seem "dynamic" enough to cut it. Make sure you also practice your sprite animation work and have a more smooth animation.

Thanks
