Great idea, bad execution!
My first problem is the dialogue at the bottom of the screen gets in the way. For example the first level you have to waste time click on the dialogue so you can tape the first cut. In the first level you have way to many objects to extract from the patient. You have to move slowly to avoid killing the patient but you can't because you have a timer, and the patience vitals always telling you to hurry. Then we have Mincer, which is nothing more then a guessing game. Took my two tries to figure out that you need to use fire when putting the eye on. Then there is the many random objects that you have to use to assemble the freak show reindeer. Who in there right mind on their first guess would figure out that the candy cane is supposed to be used for a leg. This is a creative idea, with fun dialogue but the difficulty is unreasonably hard.
