First one was alot better
This one could've been alot better. The first one actually gave you an entire view of the operating table, this just kinda "makes you guess". How does one kill the scorpions??? Tried everything, nothin works... the first game was better...

I actually created an account just so I could tell you how much of a steaming pile of dog shit this is. The text lags and in most cases is not helpful at all. The tools make no sense and half aren't recognizable. It kept blinking at tools I didn't need, the dialogue was meaningless and distractiing. Add to that the fact that it's exactly like every other surgury game out there and this is a pretty dismal entry.
Ugh
This is bad even for an Amateur Surgeon game. I just don't see the appeal in these, maybe I just don't play fast enough. Before any butthurt AS fan boys say anything, I've played parts of all of the other ones. I know what to do, I just can't seem to do it fast enough. Maybe if you're the type who drinks caffeinated drinks all day and watches bad cartoons all night you'll love this, if not, eh. 2/10 Because at least the bad graphics are rendered smoothly.
Too difficult
I can't get past the polar bear - I always run out of time, primarily because of the section where you kill the two scorpions. If lots of small cuts are on top of each other, it becomes very difficult and time consuming to burn and pixie dust each one. This is exactly the same problem I have with the original amateur surgeon, and it's a shame because I enjoy the gameplay in the earlier levels. Why do you even need a time limit?

If I try to pull something out it goes back in and says "too fast" cant even get past lvl one.
