It sucks!
It's hard, bugged and poorly designed! Those damn "Awesome" signs on our way, the leafblower that hardly works to stop fire, the conversations on the middle of the way, the rate that goes down 10 points suddenly! It pissed me off!
The art is good and it has some sense of humor, that justifies the 3/10.

I like the concept but I'd at least like a tutorial. I mean I'm trying to operate on the inside of an elf and there's fire, I'm trying to put it out with the tool that says it puts it out and it does nothing so I end up operating and stitching up a bloke who's burning while I do it. Ridiculous.

It was okay but it was EXTREMELY vague on everything, sure if you've played the first game it would be a lot easier but if you have never played before then this is annoying and pisses me off, I finished it but not without frustration
