Reviews for "A Bid For Freedom"

Marvelous!

That was really well done, I congratulate you! The voice acting was wonderful and the art work was great. Again, great job! I think I'll read it again actually.

Great short story!

I like the way you describe a lot of terms and the humour. It was an excellent tale indeed.

wow that was an amazing piece of art.

Verry good story, verry good Drawings, and terrific voice acting.

Brilliant performance!

Great voice with varied characteristic devices and a deep atmosphere;

Good drawings showing that things can still be done without computer;

Cool stories that don't repeat each other;

What do you want more; I give you my 5/5 and 10/10!

Really enjoyed this

I wasn't expecting an Audio-book style story when I decided to explore this entry. In fact, I nearly clicked away as soon as I realized what it was. I usually have the attention span of a 3 year old, but once I started, I watched (or read/listened to) this entire story from start to finish. I likely will a few more times as well.

I always find it refreshing to encounter something that stands out as being so different here, and yet still entertaining. I found this to be very bold in that respect.

It was the art style that initially drew me in. I almost felt guilty at the prospect of leaving without giving it a chance. I soon took note of the excellent use of diction on behalf of the narrator. It didn't take long for the clever similes to impress me as well. I was surprised by the one making use of an "Oreo". At first I was taken back, but soon appreciated that (in spite of it's initial setting and impeccable vocabulary being used) this piece wasn't trying overly hard to be sophisticated. I like that as well. And while it wasn't the greatest story I have ever heard, it never attempted to be. It remained charming and witty throughout.

So, to all involved, thanks for "A Bid for Freedom". I hope to see many more like this. And hopefully this gets the recognition it deserves.
