Reviews for "Ge.ne.sis: Alpha Demo"

I liked it

The best thing was the leaves that were floating around the start menu ;)hahahahahah good job and can not wait to seee the rest of the game.

Very nice done!

I enjoyed playing the demo very much. Can't wait that the game is finished.

Very good

I am totally addicted to RPG's and this is one of the best flash RPG's I've ever played.
An idea for improvement: Make that you can choose a starting character between the three you seemingly get. Can't wait til the next.

keep working

it is a good start of a good game, and it looks like you understand a lot of the codes. you have skill keep using it.

Incredible

It seems to have the potential to become an amazing game. The silluette-type graphics and the particular design that you are using give this RPG a very unique style, along with the names of characters and skills. Suggestions include:

1. Since the layout/design is, the way I see it, the most important advantage of the game, you should emphasize it more. When everything is stylized, if one little thing is out of style, it looks bad. For example, when you hit the enemy, hit points lost apear in an explosion-style frame, which does not fit well with the rest of the layout.
2. I suppose this was on purpose since this is a demo, but the battle was too long. I would prefer a shorter battle, and, if needed, put more of them.
3. If this is going to be a non-hack-n-slash game, it would be nice to give characters some out-of-combat abilities, that can help solve the game in different ways, eg., via stealth, wits, or force.
4. The "dream" element is another great aspect of the game, so it should also be emphasized more. If possible, put more surreal elements in background, character movement and the enemy.

Concluding, I believe this game has great hope of becoming absolutely astonishing, rather than another common RPG. Try to separate it from the rest by giving emhasis to its unique elements.
