I can't give you too high a score because it was a bit to ridiculous. There's no filler between the comical sections. It just needs a little work. Animations all right, but your comedy really needs work.

Animation can use a little improvement, not that it's bad by any means. The voice action is top notch though has a nice variety. As far as the music goes... My god you used Aquabats! Instant 5/10 no questions asked! Hahahaha... Danglely parts! Rock on Ska man!
