Reviews for "The Necronomicon 2.0"

Luck.

If you ask me. All you needed to win was luck.
Nice game anyway.

Meh...

Somehow is just doesn't feel as good as the origional. Okay, it plays a little faster and it seems a little more balenced with damages, but its still down to pure luck as to what cards you get and sometimes the cards draws you get just make it plain impossible to win, perhaps more so then the first one. I also don't like the new art, it doesn't seem right. Obviously you had to change it because of the copyright issues you didn't get the right to the origional works... but still, you could have found something better then that couldn't you?

Great idea. Kinda on the vein of other card games but much simpler and only a few things to keep an eye on.

Super problem though. when playing the card that "makes the opponent discard a card, and gives you an extra turn" you don't get an extra turn... Huge, Gaping hole in the program there.

For any Cthulu nerd, sumply pretty.
I agree with WitchWing, there needs to be a deck builder of some kind. Possibly an unlockable feature after a certain amount of challenges are met. Also, some other unlockable features are needed so that doing the challenges is interesting. Possibly a card builder, or boss like opponents.

fun though.

So fun! Wish there was an actual physical card game of this.

Much better.

But, still glitches like you'll stay at 1 health no matter, and unfair deck shuffling such as never getting any health or attack cards for entire games.

Also, you can't make your own deck and that really just ruined it.

Plowking74 responds:

Not sure what you mean by 'still glitches like you'll stay at 1 health no matter'...you won't die from taint if that is what you mean. As per the rules, it knocks you down to one and then is removed.

Shuffling is random as in any card game, so can't be unfair - just unlucky.
