pfffff

The fire is completly in-jumpible i tried it during 15 min and i can't ;(

SecretSecretary responds:

You can do it, come on. just try harder :)
hehe!

Good idea, terrible execution.

Not only did the game execute in a screen quarter the size of what we normally see, but the pausing and jerkiness of the game during any type of command even with such a small screen made it completely unplayable. There was a terribly poor threshold for being attacked and attacking back. This should have just been a movie, without the annoying "user interactivity" which served no purpose except to try and lengthen the "experience" between real plot points. I don't need to do a "dragon chase" over twice just because a door drops out of nowhere the first time, and I don't enjoy spending 10 minutes trying to beat a big domokun only to quit and stop caring about the storyline after.

SecretSecretary responds:

I agree with you with the awkwardness of the combat. I really pushed my limits of coding and game design when I did this and learned a lot. Your thoughts help as well. As for the jerkiness, this is the first I hear of it. Maybe your computer is a bit old or something? Dunno, it runs fine on the internet where Im at.

O LORD NO!!!

Great story its just that, I mean , well but COMON!!! Your injury and recovery character position phase is so exponentially over the wall that I couldn"t even get past lvl4 due to the fact you made your zombies and wolves so fast and powerful they could probably take down an adult bull elephant (Zombies have Rigor mortis, which attributes to thier ridiculously slow speed which basic means a horseman would tear a squad to pieces in no time.)
Don't you think a woodcutter would be a much better fighter than that?

Scores :

Story 5/5

Innovativeness 2/5

Control Scheme 5/5

Gameplay 0/5

SecretSecretary responds:

Um, with the woodcutter on horseback, you can basically just charge through the oncoming zombies and hold the A button in and you practically will never get hurt, just like you throught. Why didnt you try this? You will run through them and chop their heads off one by one, but it was your choice not to do that and when you stand still and try to fight them off as they come towards you, it gets more and more difficult. There are many ways to fight, but the coice is yours. Use your horse wisely, it has legs, and is meant for running. When you use the horse and yourself together as a team, this game gets real interesting and easier. Teamwork, my firend, teamwork. Learn your weaknesses, learn your horses weaknesses, and learn your enemies' weaknesses. This game was not meant to be easy, but was meant to reward people with concentration, focus and patience as well as persistence.

THIS IS AWFUL

I CAN'T JUMP OVER THE FUCKING FIRE AT THE BEGINNING. THE FUCK.

SecretSecretary responds:

Capitol letters are always so nice, but I guess you were very frustrated. :) I should probably have made that fire a bit smaller, but if you cant get over that fire then the rest of the game will definitely be impossible for you man. This game was not meant to be easy. Im sorry that ruined the whole experience for you. Some can make the jump, others just cant. Hehe.

OMG

the story line cought my attention but he controls do not work well together. like when u hav a zombie right in front and behind stopping u from attaking. and then that biiig hairy lookin thing jumps RIGHT on u stopping all movement while trying to kick zombies too... not fun.

SecretSecretary responds:

zero? thanks for the review anyway, but hey... zero?!
