Reviews for "Evil Nights"

really good

I like how you can level up a certain number of things, making you choose what you want, but I didn't get what the time limit was for; a bonus?

Good.

The last guy must have been on easy mode cos it's a pretty hard game. Anyway, good game.

i liked it

first of all, yes, i liked this game.
now

the spells could use some work. i agree with stealthfire bout the spells, check out his reveiw...

some more variation in monsters would be cool. maybe some different spells that the monsters use...idk, its up to you.

as for the game controls:
the huge amounts of clicking did get painful after awhile...but not too bad, perhaps instead of an autofire or clickfests, you added something that when you held down the mouse, you autofired....i guess thats autofire...lol...but also just the one town got a bit repetive. perhaps if you made it so you traveled around, defending a town when you got there....idk...this game has enormouse possibilities, and i like it alot. if your ever in need of ideas, id be happy to supply some!
(cant wait for the sequel!)

balls

The game was too easy. Only lost one villager throughout the course of the game cos' I was multitasking with a chat window.

Ice ball and poison bolt are useless, once I maxed fireball that's all I ever needed. Although if I was really serious I suppose ice+fireball and lots of clicking would give me a literal machinegun.

Firewall is useless, unless I'm doing something wrong or you meant to add more ground monsters but forgot.

Thunderstorm is fun to look at and use, but also useless and a waste of points in the long run.

In my opinion, these are the only things you should spend your cash on : crossbowmen (as pitifully weak as they are, they help prevent you from getting overwhelmed), fireball (max this ASAP), mana regen, mana max, teleport, repair and maybe heal(you dont need any healing, but those godawful archers do)

It was an okay game, does get repetitive without any other worthwhile spells to get. I suggest if I may, that you make firewall a lot bigger(all the way to the top), increase cost of poison/cold bolt but increase power and decrease/remove cooldown.

Let thunderstorm be a wide-area affecting spell that lasts for a certain duration. So a player can drop it on one side and go take care of the other.

Quite innovative.

I like how the game works and all, how people die and after the wave gets added back. To be honests, this may be one of the best defense games in NG along with Last Stand and Bowmaster (more with the former).

A few things could be some spell power checking... Using ice and fireball is probably all you'll need. Other spells seems useless against such combo. Town upgrades are good... when you are swamped by the demons, and teleporting is unavailable, those guys rips roofs like they were paper. Crossbowmen, are almost just as weak as they come. If they were given either more power or more hp, that would be fine. In any case, good job.
