Great game

Muahaha. Great game. I'm number 10 on the leaderboards. Anyways, I'll tell you how to play great.

Start by buying farms. Leave 1000 dollars, and end two turns. Buy a marketplace. Sell your extra food EVERY TURN. Lower your taxes to keep happy at 10. Repeat this until you're making LOADS of cash. (Between 50,000 and 100,000 a turn) Then, buy a fortress upgrade and a symbol every turn, but keep reading. Continue selling your food, but buy more marketplace, smiths, and mines until Marketplace is at 200, Smith is at 200, and mines are at 100. Then, build up an army of dots. You should do quite well. It's a simple process, really.

Okay, but this is actually a good sim-town type of game. Simple yet fun and effective. It could use a few more features, and possibly some cheats. But, here's my screeny of my number 10 spot on the ladder.

That game was obnoxious.

The random events really bring you down quickly. It's too hard.

uh..
i hate it.... i had 400 happy and 10 fortress....
then there was a spectre and i lost 310 happy... in the last turn!!!!

i once had 640 soldiers but no fortress and only 100 happy or something

but a good game i kinda like it

Oh, that was beautiful! It was done so great, it can measure up to some actual computer games not made in Flash. I loved it, and it was nearly flawless. Very nice job, thumbs up on this one.

Walkthrough here!

A way to win this game easily:

1. Right at the start, build 3 farms.

2. For the 2nd turn, raise the food consumed and the tax rate, but make sure your stored food is more than the food consumed and you have at least 10 happiness in case of random events.

2. As soon as u get 1000 cash, build another farm. As your farms go up, raise the food consumed and tax rate correspondingly. Repeat until you have about 10 farms.

3. Save enough to build one marketplace.

4. From here on, it's pretty much plain sailing. Sell your food on the market, and use the money earned to produce more farms. As as your money goes up, lower the food consumed and tax rate to 0. All your revenue is gotten from selling food now.

5. As soon as you can afford it, buy status symbols as they get more expensive as the game progresses and they are most useful if bought early on in the game.

6. Continue building farms and buying status symbols until you have all status symbols and 100 farms. You should be somewhere around turn 30+ by then. Then spend every turn upgrading your fortress.

7. After that, just click "end round" until the last turn. Sell your enormous food stockpile and use them to buy weapons and troops.

That's it... I did that and i had all fortresses, all status symbols and nearly 3000 troops. Enjoy.
