seriously make a sequal this game rocks!!
But after you build everyting there is not much to do
you should maby add a hard mode or some thing
the grafics could be better but overall this game kicks @$$
if you added more levels or a hard mode it wouldd be compleet!
also I found an easy way to beat the game
but I wount tell how ;)

Simply amazing.
This thing was well thought out, the only problem was the length. I really would have liked expanding my city more, maybe manage an entire country? And difficulty levels...Maybe the harder, more options? But I really loved it anyway. Tons of options, and things to do.
By the way, was anyone able to get all 6 status symbols? I got up to the cactus.
Here's a little walkthrough (its luck based, but this will help).
1. With your 3 grand, get a market and farm
2. Next turn, sell leftover food until you have exactly 1000. Buy another farm.
Repeat this until you have 10, reccomended amount is 15.
Your main priorities are getting happy up, so maybe lower tax about 10. If you have a good food income, then you can increase food amount by about 10.
Also, you need to get the fortress up. By about 20 turns, you should have min 20 farms ( I had about 30), that can produce 10 grand a time. So, always spend that on fortress, leftover on farms.
Repeat this, and when you have maxed out, focus on getting smitheries and mining. If you can spare the cash, status symbols also help.

bloody good game - although i would say that the random events are really annoying - because its just luck whether you get them or not, perhaps it would be better if the dots lost 5 happyness every 5 turns or something, but otherwise well done
