Not worthy
Even though this was rushed it doesn't excuse the problems with the content and the bad graphics (bad by Jeremy's standards). Although I love the author's other works, which are some of the best on Newgrounds, it wouldn't be fair to rate this submission based on past achievements. Well done on getting the awards and producing a flash which most people would take weeks to create in two days but I have to give it a low score.
Ugh
That was really awful. There's this huge build-up about this biiiig bet, and the stupid irony thing gets thrown in there again. Yeah, I know the name of the flash is "A Twist of Fate," but at least mention in, say, I don't know, the description, that a big twist of fate happens making the whole bet premise completely pointless. Better luck next time, buddy.
