A good start...
Not too bad for your first go. If you have photoshop or any other graphic-altering programs, you could use it to get rid of the white "halo-ing" around the characters. Also, you might want to increase the frame rate of the movie to make it seem more fluid. I am doing a Chrono Trigger series as well, so I have had to make these altercations as well.

as a huge Chrono series fan, I'm pretty picky about what I see. While nothing in this was bad... nothign was interesting either. It was a preview, and didn't really develop any new story line.
Also keep in mind you're about 7 years before Crono's (supossed, and apparent) death in 2020.

poor animation + unclear audio = not good. Try doing better next time.
