Aha!

I'm just going to review as the song plays, so you get my first thoughts about everything.

The crashes at the beginning, I'd remove them and have some sort of uplifting swish or something if you know what I mean. The beginning sounds very nice, and melodic. The bass is godlike for this setting. Also, the snaph you used (stock amIRight?) works well with it too.

Now I'm at around :30

Nice effect for the transition, as well as the break there with the claps. It'd be cool if you added a little reverb to your claps, just for that part. Reverb always makes for a fuller sound I find.

The kick was a little too... how do I put it... harsh? hard? overdriven? for my liking. But after a bit, once it's driven into you as the song goes, it sounds like it's perfectly placed.

Effective use of hats. I always love it when people use hats in their beat effectively, and I have no clue why, but a lot of the time, out of all things in a beat, the hats seem like the one thing that are out of place. But you did an EXCELLENT job with the beat. Seems kinda... house-ish. The crashes in this part are a must! used well

The way you changed up the bass after :30 more overdrive or whatever you did really sounds good.

Is that a live guitar? Sounds really cool! Also, the lead that is filtered in is amazing. Then back to the full beat. I really believe that this is a perfect song so far.

While I let the song play, I just wanted to mention that you did an excellent job of masking the stock samples that were used.

The progression of the whole thing is lovely, I'm starting to dance now :P Woot!

This melody makes me envision a cool night in the desert, a star-filled sky, right under a full moon. That'd be perfect right about know :)

Awww :( It's over. At least the crashes at the end fit it well.

OK Summary:

-It was a great song, a few fix ups here and there I guess, I liked the harshness of the bass (I noticed you said you were gonna smooth it out)

-It made me dance :) Not many songs do that (ok jk)

yeah honestly i like having a harsh bass so i might jst leave it as is--its really not very harsh at all in my opinion so i think its a good happy medium.

houseish? sounds pretty typical of what id do haha. i listen to a lot of that stuff so i guess it shows! sweet skeet.

and sadly the guitars are stock samples haha :[ idk how to play one and i dont have recording equipment anyway haha. at least they're pitchshifted and laden with fx :D thus is life.

you were right on the snaps being stock too :D and so are all the hat samples [individually]. and the less intense kick. and the pad in the background is a default rhodes keyboard on reason. and the crash. and the rimshot in the fill. haha im welll clevar!

the whoosh and the staccato leads were made by me, and the claps were three different claps layered from a free sample pack i found online. all effects are mine too. wordddd

Excellent

Brilliant complete song. Very professional sounding. The beat was cool and so was the melody. I couldn't fault it. The variation is something you dont find in many dance songs but you pulled it off brilliantly. Great job

EP Constructive Review

Everything is great, so be prepared to hear a lot of IMO stuff..

-Could use a bit more master reeverb (though I suppose I love reeverb)
-The clap and up hihat sound very shallow, perhaps stereoenhancing/delay?
-The guitar sounds very shallow as well, perhaps delay?

Those are just some things to keep in mind, perhaps experiment with them. If you don't like the change, don't keep it, as I said; all IMO.
