Nice mellow, emotional song. Sounds like something of the country (old country, mind you, not the cowboy one) and its an absolutely amazing piece. You managed to win over a man of hardcore rock and metal.
Definitely looking forward to future submissions.

I'm a big fan of hardcore rock and metal myself! I simply don't have the equipment to produce decent tracks or i'd more then easily drop by with a few screaming pieces! There's just no way to convey the terrifying energy and chaos that rock and metal can bring to the table, just no way...

after a large battle,a warrior is down and dying, a bright flash appears in front of him, and he notices he isn't on the battlefield anymore, but in a beautiful garden.
he sees his children running and playing, and his wife picking flowers.
then he notices that he is standing and is able to walk, he walks over to his wife to say hello,but notices she cannot hear him,he is perplexed by this and notices that she is crying. she gets up and starts walking away. he slowly follows behind her,they both leave the children behind,still playing and having a wonderful time. as they walk,the warrior notices that they have walked into a graveyard, "why has she come here?" he asked himself,and then he notices a single grave...his own. he simply stares at his own grave in disbelief,and notices that his wife set down the flowers and now has a dagger,he simply cries as she swings the dagger into her own stomach and dies shortly after. he kneels over his wifes lifeless corpse and sobs.but then he sees that blinding flash again and he is back in the garden,but this time his children aren't there and his wife can speak to him. "do not worry,husband...i am here" his wife slowly saidas she wrapped her arms around him in an embrace. "i will never leave you."said the husband as they began to turn to statues...forever embracing eachother in the garden of memories.
