The Zelda Collab

Ok guys. I am going to be starting The Zelda Collab.

I have been a fan of zelda for a long time, and I'm sure most of you have been too. So here I want to have some animations on ALL of the zelda games, not including any of the remakes. I know the remakes are all good, but I just want to have all the originals.

SPECS

FPS = 24
Size = 550 X 400 (standard)
Background = white (make your own)
Sprites are only allowed for certain games (just ask if you are unsure)
Length between 5 and 40 seconds (if you need it to be longer PM me)
No nudity/ or at least try not to
No stick figures
No ocks/groups
Not too much violence if you can try that, if not lots of blood is good too

You can have sound effects and voices for your part. Actually it is recomended that you have those in, I will not be adding music to the video to stop any silence. Also I am hoping for all the parts to be either a funny one or a serious one about the specific game.

I have this and this made up for the menu and preloader already if some of you are curious as to what I have done for it already. The second one will be the preloader with some buttons that will be used for the main menu.

I want to have 2 videos for each game that was created. Therefor there will be 26 videos in total. People are allowed more than 1 part. Up to 3 parts are allowed for each animator.

I will be doing another part, I just haven't picked which one yet. That just about sums it up for all ot the parts. As for the co-authors, I will co-author the best 9 artists/contributors. Good luck to all of you for those parts. However I am willing to lower the amount of videos based on the participation in the collab

There is no set due date for the collab. I want to have some fairly decent parts done so I am giving you lots of time to work on yur parts. I was thnking about having this done for early September, So you would have a good solid 3 months to do a part. I might make it for the end of September.

Oh one thing I forgot to mention, I want to have this song by System OF a Down somewhere in the collab. Even if someone just makes a music video for it.

I know, I have contacted LUIS about it and he has let me start this. I have wanted to start this for a long time. When i finally get the chance to they changed the rules. I made sure I had permission before I started this.

Of course you can use sprites for that game. I am allowing sprites only for the older games. Not any of the 3D ones.

Anyways, I don't know anything about Zelda...so, may you give me a brief summary of the story or give me an idea or let me make something random?(that sentence had very bad grammer.)

Hmmm... A brief story about 13 games is not all that brief :P As for ideas, the only one that I have right now is the one I am going to use. What you could to to get some ideas is go onto youtube and watch some videos there to get some inspiriation, and maybe learn a thing or 2 about the zelda games.

well...i dunno...i have dial-up...so...I might just go on Wikipedia, read about one of the games, choose to animate to that game and find out about the characters and what they look like.

Also, can it be random or funny?

It can be anything. It just has to be based on that particular game.

Ok if you do want to back out, don't do it in a long time. Do it early so it will be easier to find a replacment
