Well since you seem incapable of describing what the problem is, try this: open up the flash submission form and try to resubmit your flash, if it doesn't work take a screenshot showing what happens.
To take a screenshot press the 'Prnt Sc" button (it's nearby Delete), open up MS Paint and press ctrl+v to paste it into paint. Save it and post it here.
