Guys I think I might have a problem.

See after getting my new keyboard in, I.... I programed at least 3 buttons on it to bring me straight here to NG.
I know that the first step to solving an addictions is admitting that I have a problem, but I'm not entirely sure I want to rid myself of this addiction.

What should I do guys?

a lame parody of a "asking for help" thread although this new keyboard is pretty badass.

Edit the buttons.
Button 1 takes you to the NG homepage.
Button 2 takes you to the art forum.
Button 3 takes you to your userpage.
Win-Win-Win situation.

What are they, just blank buttons? Are you sacrificing half of your alphabet for this?

Actually, no I'm not.
it's a media keyboard and since it's by Logitech, practically every button is programmable.
I love hardware by logitech and Saitek.
almost all the gaming gear I own is by them

Not quite :P
but close enough I guess.
I mean stuff like my Cyborg Command Unit is By Saitek. along with my Cyborg Flight stick.
The controller I use for Burnout Paradise is a Logitech Precision.
The software they companies put out make it super easy to set up macros and stuff. makes the games I play so much easier.

:LogiSai

sadly I was never lucky to own a game gear......v.v...

Meh, it was overrated. The only real reason to have a Game Gear was Defenders of Oasis.

Pshhh, Game Gear is awesome. I still have mine at home. Battletoads on Game Gear was pretty damn good, as was the Sonic game.

I don't know about tuts but http://www.posemaniacs.com/ has a "hands for drawing" section with a bunch of posed, 3D hands you can manuver to different angles (ignore the wang man that comes up immediately and click on the numbered links from 002 to 020 on the right hand side).

can i ask a random question since this is an "art" lounge, in ps what do you guys find easiest for shading the airbrush or the normal brush with the dynamics changed or what, iv experimented with both and all iv figured out is never use black or white for shading or highlights, even with the opacity down, what are your tips then guys

I generally use a soft brush with alpha on pressure sensitivity. Picking the right colors can be quite tricky. I normally have my base colors on one layer, and the shadows/highlights on another layer

all of my digital work is done with a hard round brush (it's not the default, I think it might be from the barontieri or matbrushes07 sets?) with opacity lowered for blending

I've been finding that the airbrush is the best way, for me. I always ALWAYS used to shade with white and black with the opacity lowered, lol. :<

Then again most of my works were black and white, so it was ok. But now I'm delving into colored works, it's easiest for me to use the airbrush and just pick colors that are a bit darker/lighter than what I've got and go from there.

Don't mind me just posting a question about a collab I might start. Okay so my chuch (yea I'ma catholic what cha gonna do about it?) is named "Mary Queen of Peace" after the virgin Mary. Anyway, yesterday our priest said that we have very little painting and pictures of mary through out the church and asked people to donate some. His only stipulation was that it couldn't be "Our lady of Guatilupe" since he has like 50 of them already. So I got to thinking that maybe NG could contibute. This would be in the form of an art collab aranged into a poster with the names (and webpage URL's) of everyone who contributed. Of cource this would also be submited to the art portal.

Basicly before I was going to message BmK and ask to start this a collab I was wondering if anyone would even join?
