(Hope the quality isnt raped. I think it might turn out a lil blurry.) Oh and I can never figure out what to draw, so can you help me out, and just make suggestions, thanks.

well, when i first saw saw the pic, it looked weird. i think it might be the shape and color of the nose, it just looks weird to me.

well i just think its not original, but u've done a good job at "copying" it (not saying ur ripping someone off, but ur using an established style in a pretty nice way)
still, i think the nose needs to be changed and his torso needs more detail.

I'll fix that torso thing. And as for the style thing I just draw How I always did, but Theres only so many different ways of drawing And I figure that comes as your draw. I mean, as you draw you start to develope your own style. Its not something you can really force.

hey this is my advice.. which has very little impact since im not that great an artist.. but anywayz, making the eyes all bloodshot with the bags under them is not all that funny looking. i think if you just make a funny expression in the eyes it will be better then just a red blank one. really goods stuff besides.

Im coloring this in with photoshop as we speak, Also Im fixing up some of the errors, such as the arm being infront of his pecs, plus his arms are too big for body. And the big black bar on his crotch. ( he is not naked...its supah tight spandex.)

not bad, you definately have potential, not saying that your not good, i like your style, just remember a little detail can go a long way, spend more time on things and think of the little details you could add that might make something look more realistic (realism in cartoons no matter how outlandish they are alwyas looks good) but a good start i'm excited to see work from you down the line
