Ok I honestly can't find a single absusive review after looking through a quarter of the pages. Even the things he rated 0/10 have a positive review. :/

well around pages 1-30 he has 0 score reviews with just the words Just.... wow thats abusive right? just keep looking sometimes there 2 or 3 pages off from each other
Ok to be fully honest I have no idea where to place this kid. I was trying to view the submission that he said "just wow" to to see if it deserved such a short comment, but it turns out he says that alot, among other repeated phrases. But through more research he does seem to watch all of the flashes he reviews. But there are a number or repetitive and identical reviews throughout his list. Is he doing it to boost the review count? Not sure. Is he being abusive? I don't think so, but he's definately not being very helpful in a ton of his reviews.
I'd hold off on the flagging till you can get a better answer.

No it's unhelpful if the review in unhelpful. Hence your option to mark it yes/no on whether you found it helpful or not. When it comes to 0/10 it can sometimes be viewed as abusive. But it falls outside of the review rules into that grey area so the verdict can depend on the mod, the entry itself, and the content of the review. So i'm just saying wait until you can get a definitive answer on that specific person. I don't know, i'd just hate to see you guys mess up your whistles.
At first I thought he was being sarcastic, but then one reveiw response said "im confused was that supposed to be good or bad?" So i wasn't so sure if i should be flagging those. But now I think he was being sarcastic, because he didn't say that on the reveiws he reveiwed 10 on.

Yeah, I messed up my whistle real bad, and now I can't get it back to normal. :'( ONLY FLAG IF YOU KNOW ITS ABUSIVE! I thought stuff like mmmmmmm not bad 0/10 was abuisve but I guess not.
