But, getting high for me is a good way to relax and have a good time with friends for less money than booze. If you get a good high, you relax a lot more, most people laugh a lot more for no reason....(annoying when sober), and you get a pretty good appetite.

Also while your doing it when you feel like extreme shit (this might happen on first time) just keep taking hits. Unless you are a poser and a liar, your friends know, or at least will be ok with, its your first time. Coughing happens a lot, just not like an idiot.
