"Anarchy leaders"? That sounds kind of strange...
Anyway I'd be happy to join. Be sure that, as an anarchist, I don't have any prejudices like "It's never gonna work"(why? do you have a future prediciting power, dude?) or "anarchists are all violent assholes" because the real anarchists are not like the ones of NCIS.
When I say "anarchy leaders" sounds kind of strange, it's because I think that nobody has to lead anyone. You should call it the "anarchy representants" because there can be elections in an anarchists system. Think about that : when you want to manage a town with no government and you want to make sure that everyone can tell this point of view, over 9000 people in a conference room to talk about organisation is quite messy. Maybe you don't know, but in my country, France, in 1871 in Paris, there has been an autogestion experience. For more information about the whole thing :

Well, in Paris, as there were too many people to discuss together, they settled elections. But those who were chosen couldn't be like "Hey, now I'm the boss and I do what I want". They had a directive and the others made sure they did it well : in case they didn't, they were immediatly fired.
I'm not gonna tell all the reasons I'm for the anarchy because it's 1AM in France and I'm tired, but I think that voting for any other thing that the delegate mentionned before it deep sh*t. Maybe you didn't hear much of that, but in 2005, each european country had a referendum about a global european constitution. Basically, this constitution only took care about money and not about people. The results of the referendums : all the countries voted "yes" in majority except Ireland, Netherlands and France. I don't know what happened in Netherlands and I'm not sure about Ireland, but in France, a great part of the elements of this constitution have been written in another treaty, ratified without asking the population. So here is the question : what is the value of our votes?
Another example. It's not about voting, but recently, the french government wrote an amendment about the retirement age. There have been lots of demonstrations, 70% of the population were against it, but was it cancelled? No! And it's called a democracy!
Good night though.
