If you want to join up here, then I would start by reviewing the list Shanus posted on page 156. It is the current list for this week. Once finished, make sure to tally up your points and post them here. The point system is as follows:
You get 5 points for reviewing a requested movie/game
You get 7 points for reviewing a requested audio submission
You get +3 points for posting here at some point throughout the week
You get +7 points for reviewing all the requests for the week
You get +1 point for each time you put "Review Request Club" in your reviews
Once you're done with the requests for the week, use that system to find out your point totals and post them here. :)

Even as a member you can request your own submissions. And to answer a possible question: You will still get 100% for the week if you request your own work to be reviewed.
To take a page out of Haggard's book, it would look like this:
Say you requested 2 audio submissions
Person A, reviews completed: 8/8
You, reviews completed: 6/8
It still = 100%, but you are excused from reviewing your own work. :P
