Maybe he's trying to remake it without permission from Masahiro Sakurai since it looks that way with all the character reveal trailers. I mean, Super Smash Flash is one thing, but he's even got a download page. I wonder if we should tell the Nintendo legal department before it gets too risky.

It's a Smash Bros clone, but it stars various YouTube animators instead of Nintendo characters.
I'm more concerned that they are trailers, with mostly gameplay footage and barely any animation, and that she posted 10 of them over the span of a week AND also posted some posters in the Art Portal.

I don't think that is the purpose of that rule to be used like this
like yes I have noticed the pieces and I looked over all of them, but they belong to the creator, its all original, yes its annoying... but I don't think it actually crosses the line
for instance, IF I were to go out and do a demo of the video game then I would definitely say that I have crossed that line, but since the owner of the game is creating large changes in their own game, and showcasing them as a quick snippet video showcasing the individual characteristics of a new playable character then I would say that it's allowed
