I flagged it and provided the Pinterest account as proof, so feel free to do the same. I highly doubt the person who uploaded the picture here is the original creator. He's 13 and Russian.

There's this thing called searching by image, post the link of the artwork on Google and hit search by image, and if you find other sizes from a different person's website, then it's most likely stolen.
I found the other image on wallpaper websites, but I can't find the original artist.

This guys are making an emulator, but are using all kinds of copyrighted stuff from pokemon (gameboy) games.

With art, there's a little flag button above the piece that you can use to report it. This is the Elite Guard Barracks thread where we deal with games and movies. That's also the only way you get any Whistle points for reporting it. :)

His twitch account is shown as a different user on his listed accounts, so it is possible that it's not really him. I also don't think content like this should be uploaded in the first place, but I don't think that itself is a reportable offense. It'll probably just be blammed. Don't take my word for it though, I could be wrong. ;w; That's just my hunch.
