yea, I think Nintendo and Sony will dominate the market, Microsoft is making a huge mistake, I seen the games compared to 360. They look better and are more original.

That controller is smaller in real life than I thought it was.

someone tell the super flash brothers that the sequel to super smash brothers melee will be on the revolution, I want to know what they'll say.

I bet 10 bucks either Microsoft or Sony makes a controller, similar to nintendo's controller features in the next next gen.

Don't freak out people! Just because you can use the "revolutionary" way, doesn't mean you have to. Didn't anyone notice that the thing has buttons! Maybe all of the mulit-console games will just use the buttons and not the new way.
P.S. Don't forget the Gamecube controller can be used also.

I trust Nintendo ..... but not very much. I think this is going to be more of a gimmick than a useful item ..... I think they should stick with the GC controller ...

REVOLUTION

It's totally nuts! It's like, you can swing it to play baseball or use it as a lightgun, the potential is endless. I'm already getting ideas. We gotta get some devkits, it's gonna be an exciting year in the new office!

Office update: Settlement is scheduled for November 17th, I'm still working on early occupancy. The space is a combined Newgrounds / the Behemoth office, so we'll be doing it all - web development, console development and more. We even have public space for art installations and a million other things! I want this place to be mecca, but it will take some time! I'm always looking to hear from proactive creative types in the Philadelphia area (noteably Glenside, immediately north of downtown) because the sky is the limit right now. That Nintendo Revolution video got me excited.

Oh, here we go. Nice, post pics!

xBox360 has 1,6 teraflops, PS3 has double more !(3.2 Tr).

I have seen something similiar in the past, but I've gotta say, this is just amazing.
I wonder if programming nintendo games like this one can be as easy as programming with flash, if there are functions which detect the speed of its movements or at least its position, it must be awsome...

I noticed most of them are japanies - really funny looking grand mothers playing at nintendo games...

The controller seems pretty cool! But only if somone would stop HIDING it on me. That damn thing is like a remote! :'(

Although, they've always been using the same standard controller, you can use pretty much any controller you want for it.

I no longer trust Nintendo, which is incredibly strange because I used to be a hardcore Nintendo supporter.

I think it ended when I had a great encounter with a very dusty gamecube that's been sitting idle for at least a good year and a half.

I wouldn't sell it out of hope.. Hope there'd be some saving grace..

I know, It's blasphemy basically, but the clencher was the DS.

If you're going to release a dual screen handheld, at least make it interesting to use.

The only game I had, and I've found interesting to date, was Mr. Driller.

That was the ONLY reason I had a hard time putting the DS over the counter and selling it to GameCrazy for approx. $85 US.

The thing that always makes me chuckle is that I love the GameCube controller so much! Really, I do. It's comfortable, functional. It's great!

I just don't get to actually use it.

Now if the failure of the DS [in my eyes.. Don't freak out.] was kind of like the last few dying steps for Nintendo, [Once again, my opinion, don't get all angry.] then the ridiculous Revolution controller is a shot in the back and the nail in the coffin.

I officially dislike Nintendo, why is it that such a great company is favoring aesthetic value over that of funcionatlity? Personally it's completely boggling my mind, and I definitly do not want a revolution... Even if all those classic games sound so amazing I just can't bring myself to wanting a revolution.

I think the worst part of my whole conflict is the fact that I really don't want to dislike Nintendo.. But I can't help but feeling let down.

well, that looked very different from what i'd expected. i thought it was gonna be like one of the older style controllers, just redisigned and colored like the ps2 controller. i gotta say, nintendo might be coming back. lets all wait and see. :)

i also gotta agree with this guy. nintendo has been doing this little song and dance since xbox and ps2 came out with online games. don't get me wrong, when the 3 systems came out, i wanted a gamecube even though both of the other systems had online capability and dvd players, and played the older games (ps2), while nintendo's gamecube had nothing but my trust and loyalty. then the ds came out, it beat my bleeding heart to death. i'm only giving nintendo 1 more chance, better hope they don't lose it.
