Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's due to all the NFL games on Sunday. The American channel that has rights to broadcast the ALCS/World Series, FOX, has also NFL games on the same day so that naturally bumped everything back.

If you want some silver lining, at least daylight savings time (summer time as you guys call it) is over for you, and is still going on here. So that means the time difference is shorter; so instead of 1:20 am it will only be a 12:20am start. :)
