Oh the new GnR sucks. I'm not casting my opinions on the new members, save that they can't live up to the legacy left by Slash. Axl Rose is the main problem that band has and the only way that GnR would be better would be if he left it to the original members. That's why I like Velvet Revolver - it's GnR without Axl.

Yeah, that was actually the first Metallica album I have listened to, and thanks to this album, I became a Metallica fan. That means that St. Anger is great enough to have somebody become a Metallica fan :P.

I also agree with that. Nirvana are OK, but overrated. Them being one of the most well known rock bands isn't right at all when there are loads of other bands that deserve more recognition than them. Which band, you might ask? I say Dream Theater. They deserve a lot more recognition than Nirvana.

And it's no surprise that GnR sold so many CDs. Just take a look at what gets sold in the stores. It's all utter crap (well most of it anyways). I think it's just that many people like to torture themselves. :P

It's one of the side of Metallica, they make kick ass music and I never doubted it, though, when it comes to Production and sound quality, it's not that kick ass. The first albums like Kill 'em All, Master and Ride the Lightning have a great sound, the old school sound, but albums like ... And Justice For All or St. Anger aren't well produced and quite bad, sound quality-wise. I still love Metallica haha.

Actually, we're 99 places apart right now and I'd really like the rank gap between us to narrow down. I mean, it just means there's around 100 users with 15600 - 17000 EXP, and that's pretty scary IMO.

You know, because of the amount of listmakers right now, I was thinking of stepping down from making congrats lists in the LUL, but I'll give it another year since I started making congrats lists this time 4 years ago. I mean, stopping at the end of the decade and when I've been doing it for 5 years seems convenient.
