Cool Remix I must say, Any way sup everyone, I just noticed a major flaw in the newgrounds audio system, I found out from a freind that if you go to any song you have click the download button and refresh then do it again your downloads will go up,so if you do it over and over it wil keep going up ,lol if anyone wants to make diamond there you go haha but seriously is this what there trying to fix or is this how the NG Mods are gonna finally silence us for good!? what is the deal with the downloads anyone know~?

I think just about everyone knows that. The last I heard they've made a beta of something rather to keep you coming back so often for a download.

the first one was if you clicked d/l and then kept clicking over and over and over before the file transfer popped up it would give you that amount of downloads

still this new way is tedious and i doubt anyone would have that much time on their hands..

Ya it makes me wonder just how much the audio portal is valued in the higher ups' minds..

also as far as diamond goes - only ppl ive seen with diamonds are paragon, and rabevii - so unless you wanna wait like 5 more years or somehow get your audio on the front page - its NOT BLOODY LIKELY!

Well, technically it is a legitiment download because it tosses the file into your downloads, the only thing that should be limited is the number of downloads a day (whichs is what I believe chrona stated?), it'd make a difference even if you limit it to one a day.

All artists at some point do what's been done before, but if you're good, you hit your peak, and you're original, you will almost get a guaranteed diamond, and it's even better if you're in a good genre, most songs that were released a few months ago that have been at the top already have gold, and this is just in the industrial genre.

I think the d/l should be limited to one - for that song - for that user - a day.

So i could only d/l my own song off the site once that day

I could d/l other songs tho - just only once.

Also, yes some genres are better for that than others.

Also, I challenge ANYONE to get diamond in the vg genre with a song thats either original or not mainstream, such as zelda, megaman, kirby, etc.

Then you will see that it's not so easy.

We should almost get inside guides to each genre from prospective artists.

I think it'd help to make a common understanding.

Dude...Did you read the rules? Songs are supposed to be 2 minutes TOPS.
and as far as conversion goes. Just goto Downloads.com and pick one out.

Anyway's how do you put more than one effected in a channel. When ever I try to add too the first one goes away...

generic means mainstream - like , everyone has heard the type of stuff before

neways lets just drop that subject :P

as for putting more than one effect in a channel - you can only have one. o the mixerboard if you want more stuff you add more in that fx channel you assigned to it - so if fx 2 is assigned to channel one - you can only put like 12 things in it i think .

Also there at the top you will see send 1-4. You can put additional stuff in here and for each fx section there are 4 knobs at the far right - send 1-4 - that way you can add additional stuff to each fx.
