The music shouldn't need assembled. We each download the whole mp3. import it into flash. find our line, and make an animation. we animate extra to overlap. We take the music out, and send to djamin. He drops the MC's in place, and they will already be sync'd since we're all using 24fps. Actually I would assume he'd copy the frames from each mc and paste them in sequence, but I'm not sure what his plan is

Please name your symbols individually, and uniquely. Start them all with your username. for example I would name my stuff:

this will ensure we have no library conflicts

I only asked to split it into pieces so that we know where to start and where to finish. It kinda sucks if you are doing fbf animation and you have to draw extra frames that aren't even gonna be on the final animation

I REALLY would prefer the entire thing cut up before I start animating.

It's going to be hard to shorten or extend what I'm planning otherwise. Coding will do that

Got bored. Knew that this will end up being a problem anyhow, so I cut the song up in advance.

It's snapped to 24 frames a second, and therefore flows perfectly. So although this isn't cleared with the guys running it yet, these are the samples I'm using (and seriously suggest for other people to use, since Flash won't glitch in the sound after it's all put together).

The lengths of the samples are as follows, and are cut to about what the line lengths are

2 Seconds - 29
3 Seconds - 24, 25, 26, 27, 28
5 Seconds - 8, 14
6 Seconds - 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 21, 22, 30
7 Seconds - 2, 17
12 Seconds - 23
13 Seconds - 11
14 Seconds - 19
17 Seconds - 1
23 Seconds - 20
1:23 Minutes - 31

18 was missed out of the counting at the beginning for some reason...

And as much backlash as I KNOW this is going to create, trust me. Some of us will prefer being defined exactly what areas we need to do. Otherwise a lot of us will find we are either required to animate more for than we bargained for, or will find that out finely crafted AS coding or Frame by Frame or Tweens will need shrinking.

That, and the sound quality won't mess up like it did for the first time One Love was submitted (well... any more than running something at 24fps in Flash will already do)

If you go to my thing and right click on the downlaod button and save target as I think all the frames should work, my fla file has loads of layers everywhere, just import the swf in, if it don't work I'll send you the fla anyways.
