pants_man you have to have a single character singing to your line on a white background. there should be nothing else, but I will make certain exceptions.

Hey -snare- look at the sample collab i posted that were basing this on for ideas. It can be fbf or tweening it doesnt matter. Just create a good character and animate him singing to your line.

Heres a screenshot of one of my lines

I was asked to be in One Love. Declined because I didn't have my computer in a state of repair at the time...

The major problem was, for me, knowing most of those artists and knowing that at least two of them hated one another.

I never do collabs, but since djamin asked me so friendly to join and it is just one line i thought id not be a bastard. If my submission will be good or anything i dont have to be coauthored. Im just here to give a helping hand ;)

Well I've got my character drawn out so all I need to do is to animate her mouth movement for her line(s) and that'll be it, I think ^__^.

still there are already some interesting animators joining with afro and artistj. i hope this works out

Oh and ive emailed Dustball he says hes gonna do it!

dammit, they already took the lines i wanted...well..nmmmh, i will take 28 and 29, but when is the deadline? to see if i should hurry it up, cuz im doing another projects =s

Demon_xion you cant have two consecutive lines ill give you 28 and pick a line a lot earlier on!

and -Snare- the character has to be singing the song (unless the character doesnt have a mouth or somefin wierd) but the character can move in any way you want.

well, my char has his mouth covered by a ninjish- bandana, od i hav to amke another dood then?

The character has to be singing the song
So unless you can figure out how to do that without giving the character a mouth then your character must have a mouth.
