Let's lay down the facts, since you all seem confused. Here are the reasons:
1) Like Earfetish said, nobody is harmed.
2) A drawn person has no definite age. You can only go by what it looks like. Of course, sometimes it's blatantly obvious that it is what you call "child cartoon porn," but what I'm trying to say is, in any given drawing, how can you really draw the line between legal and illegal?
3) Because Baron_Von_Bad_Guy says so.
