Everyone who uses the 12-hour clock system, unfortunately. Stupid thing is: I don't live in the American time zones and don't use the 12-hour clock, so after picking a deadline that was meaningful to me, I actually had to research how to translate this to a notation that would be meaningful to most of the NG users. It was only yesterday a nagging feeling started creeping up on me that because of this oddity in the notation, the choice of deadline may not have been entirely fortunate.
So far it seems the effect of this has been limited, but to verify that assumption I'm declaring the 15th 'limbo' for now - users who have been misled by this information and have either failed to meet the deadline or needed to cut corners to make it, please send me a PM. I will confer with the other judges on how to deal with this depending on the response.

Quick update: conferring with the other judges on the way forward. More news to follow before the end of the day!
I uploaded mine like 5 days early because I had to leave for a trip. Not sure if I was supposed to upload it so early, but I'll drop it here just in case it gets missed.
Okay NG, here's the what what:
In total we received 31 submissions for round 1, which is a very good turn-up! Unfortunately, 2 of those have been disqualified right off the bat: @WendigoVDB's submission has nothing to do with the theme of the competition, and the entry by team @makestuff exceeds the maximum time limit by so much that it's impossible to end up with a positive score - which is a real shame as it's an incredibly good piece and was given frontpage for its quality.
This means the judges will be going through submissions by the following users and teams:
