Hey I got banned from uploading audio for uploading one piece of copyrighted music to use in a custom GD level. I know that I shouldn't have uploaded the copyrighted material, but it was a one time occurrence and I'll never do it again.

I am a relatively new user to this site and one of my works that I made sometime ago (and decided to upload here) was flagged for copyright infringement. After looking into it, there was a sample from Disney I used that got matched to someone else's work (which sounded nothing like mine). I reread the rules and realized that there was a zero tolerance policy on samples one did not make. I closed my appeal thinking to myself "Ok, lessoned learned".
But then when I read here on the forum that no one would look at closed appeals, i kinda realized I shot myself in the foot in not being able to upload audio ever again to the portal. May my ban be modified in this case?

ye, also I might be releasing so much audios today, that's because I just made my newgrounds account today and those songs are of songs that I finished a long time ago/made final touches to today lmao (just saying if the bot is suspicious of this or something)

why did it get closed? the song I got copyrighted because doesnt sound a bit similar to my song lmao, also all of my songs got removed? why???
the song i tried to upload got copyrighted and when i tried to make an appeal i closed it because im dumb so here am i, anyways the song i made is basically just a bunch of random shit i don't even know how it got copyrighted, i wanted to use it in geometry dash but yeah, guess ill have to wait

Hello @Pingu I was banned on the 4th of May this year due to copyright Infringement because it was apparently similar to another song. I had put a reply a couple days after on this thread but havent heard back yet. To create my audio I had used a program/app called Launchpad for IOS which uses sample packs so maybe we both used the same pack? I also haven't gotten a chance to listen to their work and don't remember their name as I couldn't go back to the appeal to look because I accidentally closed the appeal mistaking it for a submission button of sorts. If you could help me get unbanned I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

So I a few days ago used a copyrighted loop and you unbanned me.
So I went to post the audio again but then accidentally pressed the older file with the copyrighted loop! (I changed the loop before) So I used the wrong file when uploading.

No, rather than just working in the approved file you made another version which got flagged again. The admin closed your appeal.

I made copies in case something happened. All of them had the same name, so I picked the wrong one.
Also how long am I banned for?

Hi!, i've been banned for posting a remix from a song called Hell by Reddyfu, so it says that i did a copyright infringement for the song: "Hurricane", by JO5HUA.
