This is a pretty late time to ask a question, but I only found out about Pico Day being on May 1st very recently, so please bear with me.
Initially I was gonna upload this on May the 1st, but due to a ton of things I need to take care of I decided to upload this 2 days Early.
I thought I'd go the extra mile and make it a double celebration cake, both Celebrating Pico Day and Celebrating his debut. Because while Pico Day started in 2006, Pico himself along with his friends have been around since 1999.

Sorry but covers / remixes of commercial music are also a no-go, they still have licensing issues related to the original composition.

I got a good ass question about the Pico animation I'm working on before May 1st and I was wondering if the drum samples used in the original Pico flash interactive games you've created are considered copyrighted or nah?
I'm asking because the animated intro I got has the music as a placeholder incase it's alright to use it, if not then I'll create a song from scratch to replace that track, plus there's no source about where the original drum loops came from
The example video of the hideous intro that I'm creating including the Pico drum loop

Radical! Thanks for the answer, Tom! Had to ask just to be on the safe side before publishing because NG is pretty strict about audio material and all that jazz, good to know that using that drum loop won't be a problem :0)
