Tried some Russian yogurt tonight. Great stuff. 15% more fat than any of the usual ones over here.

actually let me correct the amount of mgs ,it was 467.5 today ,which 48.5 milligrams over the supposed 419 safe limit calculated from Caffiene Informer's site

It's kind of the reason ,why I don't post in this particular thread so often. It's either because i believe that I'm too poor to eat out on a regular basis that I end up making the meals i eat smaller throughout the days before it gets spoiled or if I had a real good meal on occasion I take a mental note on how many calories i think it probably has and skip several meals if possible. it is, what it is.
Just had some beans on toast. Pretty tasty. I think I may have put too much cheese on it, though.
Weirdly, most of the pictures I've seen of it, there's no cheese on top.
Any Brits out there? What's the proper way to prepare this?
