If there's anybody obsessed with B/P, there's a program you can download from NGlog. It'll catch all those pesky flashes.

That happens to me occasionally but my vote always go through and counts. I guess if it doesn't, do as it says and refresh the page and try again. I just assumed it was a glitch, it's never caused me a problem.

Voting's easy, watching/playing and voting is different, especially for an old fart with a rapidly dwindling supply of fucks to give. I'll do 5+ entries a day and sometimes more, but holy hell, after 15 years on the inspection line (and not all of them logged in)...

I'd feel much better if the original perks for participation (and then some), were here now. Where's the incentive to vote?

Seeing a members rank in the Forums used to be such a welcome sign... you knew who the lamers were, the ones that just came here to use the BBS and find hentai.

Bring back: the stat pod after voting, blam/save animations, and more benefits to those who put the time and consideration in. All these things will add sugar to the bitter pill that is voting on movies/games at Newgrounds. lol

Oh shit, I see what you did there... yeah guess it was worse than I figured, almost 2 weeks of backlogged (new) submissions :O Even with the Latest Submissions column expanded to 75, there's likely over a hundred submissions waiting.

Backlogs always happen this time of year anyway, it's a combo of holiday/year end submissions, and people being on vacation elsewhere. Or they're just playing Fallout 4 like myself, which is terribly boring in the beginning |:

Right now is one of the best times for a new user to grind, I remember back in '09 when you were lucky to get 3 a day & ever since Newgrounds started accepting video, HMTL5, Unity, Styncil & provided tools for making things in these formats, the Portal is now a constant wall of purple. Not to mention that getting blam points is easier than it ever was now that you can only vote once on a submission; that means no save-scumming.

I miss the old days when changing your aura gave you a +5% boost to a voting pereference, making a blam or save focused account more effective in their objective. Now it's just an advertisement tool that holds no meaning. Except for Melancholy, which is a mood & not a job description. Then there's Blank Slate which is antisocial enough, I guess.

Come on people that gigantic wall of purple in The Portal isn't going to go away by itself. Take a few minutes break from the BBS and do your bit to help get rid of it. Some of those movies/games have been sitting there for days and since the inception of the only one vote system stuff just stagnates there. It only takes a few minutes to vote on some stuff. Get in there, vote on a few submissions, help get rid of that ugly purple wall of submissions.
