You'll probably need to write a preface in bold telling people not to post unless they're on the list (link this thread), or to post out of order, OR to post anything but a completed, spell-checked, final version of their story, and nothing else. Continue the story that I set up in the new thread, keep it going for a paragraph or two or three, and then set it up so the next person can continue that. Pretty simple, but be sure to post as soon as you can!

The OP just published his story (great start, btw!), now all you have to do is pick up where he left off, make a story of your own, starting with Tom running out the door... strapped and looking for answers, and his family :O

Don't be afraid to add other NG characters, contributors to the site and others along the way! Anything you contribute, will give the writers down the line some options...

The publishing thread is up, all ya gotta do is read it, and wait for your turn to jump in ;)

So far only @SuperChick hasn't given us any feedback on whether she's still in this or not, she's number 7 on the list so maybe give her one or two more days and if she still shows no signs of coming back we try to find a replacement? What do you guys think?

@pwneropwnage is next, make sure to check what the other authors have written already in this thread and try to follow it up. There's no rush but if possible try to finish your part and post it in the specific thread before this thursday.

Yeah the story started yesterday so it's normal that it's slowly building up, with some luck the next author will post their part today or tomorrow.

I see that the story is going along pretty well, it's interesting and cool to see what people are going to write about next.

I don't see a problem with that, take your time. It's better if you write what you feel like than stress over it.
A reminder to all the authors who're waiting for their turn, it doesn't necessarily need to be all about Tom and the main story, you can write a side-story who will then (hopefully) be connected to the main story by another author.
