The four paintings are randomly dropped by the mushroom in the Museum.
The "Leave Me Alone" secret to achieved by repeatedly clicking on the woman at the Home while the Home isn't at 100%
The "I'm a weirdo" secret is found by clicking the the man that occasionally peeks out from around the fence at the shop. It's not guaranteed that he'll appear at the shop every time you go there, but he appears frequently enough so that it's not a rare occurrence.
The "R.I.P...B" secret is found by repeatedly clicking on the red tarp on top of the shop.
The "Some extra gold" secret is found by click the link that sends you to the Facebook/Twiiter page of either SOULGAME or Armor Games (you don't actually need to follow them on Facebook/Twitter to unlock the secret)
The "Fire Lit" secret is found by repeatedly clicking on the candle in the Museum until it ignites.
The "Family Time" secret is found by patiently waiting at Home for a set amount of time (about a minute)
The "Hello Ground" and the "I Love Mouse" secrets are found by upgrading the Training Room so that a whale and a cat appears. Click on the whale to unlock the "Hello Ground" secret and the cat to unlock the "I Love Mouse" secret.
The "Lost Children" secret is found by finding all of the Lost Children. (Once you've found them all, two of them will remain at the Home as an reward).
The locations of the Lost Children:
Training Room: 1
One is hidden behind some swords once you've upgraded the Training Room high enough for a sword case to appear.
Home: 3
One is hidden as a silhouette in the background of the surrounding forest.
Two more can be found by upgrading the Home so that a windmill and crates appear, as they are hiding behind them.
Map: 2
One is hidden on the forest below the Hero sign (at the place where it faintly says "Pointless Plains")
One is hidden on the forest that's in-between the Shop sign and the Home sign (where it faintly says "Unholy Thicket")
Hero Stats: 1
One is hidden behind the left side of the stone pedestal that the Hero is standing on.
Museum: 3
One is hidden on the far right corner of the Armory.
One is hidden behind the clover and coin counter on the lower right of the game screen in the main room.
One is hidden in the skylight of the Trophy Room.
Arena: 2
One is hidden behind the "Select A Battle" sign.
when you engage in a fight in the arena, one is hidden behind the sign the tells you what battle you're on.
