look at a tutorial site, theres loads of tuts for borders

I save, and then open them up in an alternate program I have where I add the border and whatnot to it. You have fireworks or paint shop pro? Those will work.

This is the best sig I've seen since Onslaughts tech dragon sig. I love the green and silver, and that background is fucking awsome. You know the rest. :) I give you a 10/10.

It looks awsome, but try adding the diagonal lines to the bottom boarder only.
And maby give the top boarder a pillow emboss. And tweek the settings so that it gives an awsome effect as if the top boarder is being pressed into the bottom boarder, and make it seem all as one.

You're not spamming if you are asking for a rating.

It's not too bad really. It's all basically focused around the silver whistle theme. A decent font, could be better if it was something different. The border works for it, and the effects on the text and the two whistles is pretty good. A nice sig for an amature, beats the shit I used to make. lol I give you a 7/10.

Sorry a bout that. I guess I've just been seeing it too much there. It's good. Decent picture of sonic, nice font, and a good sprite too. I like how it's as if he's fading into the light there. I give your sig a 9/10. It's just a bit too white on the right for me.

I know lots of people who use paint, and such related programs. I just don't use it at all. I've got a program that works better.

Well, the background isn't really grunge. The border isn't the best. It's okay for your first attempt. Onslaught can tell you how to make some good grunge/tech sigs.

As far as grunge goes[you can't use brushes can you?], make it look dirty and nasty. Stained and wrought. kinda like this one here....

You also want a good grunge font too, but with a tech/grunge sig, you want a mix of the two fonts, same with the background. Again, Onslaught can tell you more on how to do that kinda of things.

Doesn't seem like alot of effert here. The ngbbs bg color makes it boring. It would look huch more decent if there were and actual bg design. That green outline is bugging the hell of me. Take it out. The text is very sinple, and the font is boring aswell. It just needs a good background to liven it up a bit.

It looks ok. The brushes are awsome. The colors are a bit bland. It's good to see you're using differnet fonts though. At first glance the grey and white brushes seemed a little out of place. But having a longer look, they sorta look like smoke and blend very well. Better yet, all of the brushes blend very well. Good job with that. It just seems to bland, and empty for my likings. Add a good pic to liven it up a bit eh.

Much better. There is only one thing I see wrong with it. Bevel the font so that is seems as if it's embedded into the sword. And maby change the font to something a little more simplistic. That should do it. But for now...
